Try our products risk-free! If you’re not completely satisfied, return your item within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.

60-Day Warranty
All Quia products are backed by a 60-day warranty against defects.
- If your product has a defect within 60 days, we’ll replace it or issue a refund.
- Contact us at support@quiabeauty.com, and we’ll make it right.
Damaged Items
Received a damaged product? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery:
- Email us at support@quiabeauty.com with a photo.
- We’ll investigate and send you a replacement if necessary.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, some products, like skincare and serums, cannot be returned once shipped.

- If your item is non-returnable but you’re unsatisfied, we may offer store credit for future purchases.
Refunds for Unrecognized Charges

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items. To exchange your product:
- Email us at support@quiabeauty.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift during purchase:
- You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
- We’ll send a gift certificate once the return is processed.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, any refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription product, the first month is not refundable since it is already offered at a discounted price. Starting from the second month, you may request a refund as long as the request is made before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, unfortunately, we’re no longer able to issue a refund.
How to Start Your Return

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance to ensure safe delivery.
Subscription Policy
Initial Order
Your first subscription order follows our regular cancellation rules.
If you cancel within the allowed timeframe and the order hasn’t been fulfilled, we can refund it.
After this window, the Initial Order becomes non-refundable.
First Renewal
The first automatically created renewal after your initial order is always non-refundable, even if it hasn’t shipped yet.
Future Renewals
All later renewals are non-refundable.
Cancelling your subscription only stops future orders — not orders already created.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime, but existing orders (Initial, First Renewal, or later renewals already created) remain active and will be processed.
Signed Up by Mistake
If you subscribed by mistake, notify us within the same cancellation timeframe as your Initial Order.
We can then cancel the subscription and refund the Initial Order (if not fulfilled).
After this timeframe, existing orders remain non-refundable
