How the Trial Works
  • To qualify for a refund under our Risk-Free Trial, you must provide “Before” and “After” photos demonstrating the lack of results after 60 days of usage.
  • Return Requirement: To receive a refund of the product price, all containers (including empty ones) must be returned to our facility at the customer’s expense.
  • The Seamless Alternative: To avoid the cost and hassle of international return shipping, customers may opt for an Immediate 50% Refund or 100% Store Credit, which does not require a physical return.


Damaged ShipmentsDamage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.All verified transit damage claims will be settled via a Replacement of the affected items.

Exclusions & Fees
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • All requests are subject to a mandatory internal audit. Refunds are only processed once the items are received and inspected at our warehouse.
  • Items purchased as part of a “Buy One Get One” or similar promotion are subject to specific partial refund calculations.
